Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase from Sacretee!
All T-shirt purchases are final. We deliver a customised product that goes into production once payment has been completed. Therefore, no refunds, returns, changes to orders, or exchanges are accepted once the item has been shipped or has entered production.
Please read the product descriptions carefully and double-check that you have selected the correct size and colour before making a purchase.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and correct it on your behalf.
Sacretee is not responsible for packages lost during shipping or for incorrectly filled-in address details.
Please contact the courier company directly in case of loss or a failed delivery attempt.
1. Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply to Customised Products (Art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code)
We produce all shirts to order with personal designs (print, name, logo, etc.). The law excludes the right of withdrawal for:
βServices or products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specific instructions or are clearly personalisedβ (Art. 6:230p (1) intro and under e Dutch Civil Code).
Specifically for Sacretee:

Your shirt is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Returns are therefore legally excluded, unless the product is damaged or incorrect (see point 2).
2. Our Legal Obligations Are Still in Effect
We fully comply with the rules on consumer sales (Art. 7:5 Dutch Civil Code).
Our obligation:

π¦ Damaged/Wrong Product: Full replacement or refund.

β Non-Delivery: Full refund + any applicable compensation.

π Shipping Error (our fault): Resolution + compensation for return shipping costs.
3. Why We Don't Accept "Change of Mind" Returns
For customised products, returns are technically and economically unfeasible:

β The shirt is made to your specifications and is not reusable.

β If we accepted "change of mind" returns, we would have to pass the costs on to all customers (leading to a 20-30% price increase).
This policy aligns with the legal exception and ensures:

β Affordable prices for everyone.

β Less waste (no destruction of personalised products).
4. What We Do Offer if There Are Problems:

Sizing error due to our incorrect size chart: Exchange at your cost.

Production error (wrong print, colour): We will produce a new item + provide free shipping.
