Ordering Process

Found a must-have on sacretee.com? Great!
Choose a colour and/or size and click "Add to Cart".

You can, of course, continue shopping and return to your shopping cart by clicking the "Cart" icon in the top right.

Please note that the items in your cart are not reserved.

Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click the shopping cart in the top right to go to your sacretee.com items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout page where you can enter all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, it cannot be modified as it is processed immediately so you can receive it as soon as possible.


Shipping Information

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Sacretee.com works only with the best courier services, which charge €3.95 for shipping; these costs are passed on to the buyer. If you are taking advantage of a temporary promotion, you will not pay shipping costs.

  • For returning your item, you will pay the shipping costs, including track & trace.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, and you will receive a link via email once your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while for the Track & Trace status to become available.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

We do everything we can to deliver products quickly. If you order on a business day before 9:00 PM, we try to process your order the same day. We ship our items directly from our production suppliers. They have a production time of 3-6 days and a shipping time of 3-6 days. Therefore, the average delivery time is between 6-12 business days.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a DHL service point (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will be notified of this by the driver, who will also indicate the pickup location. After these 7 days, DHL will send the article back to our warehouse. If the package is not collected, this is the customer's responsibility and we do not offer a refund.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there is always a small chance to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address, but you still have not received your order, please report this. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, DHL will initiate an investigation, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is completed.


Exchanges and Returns

ALL T-SHIRT SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds, returns, changes to orders, or exchanges are accepted once the item has been shipped or has entered production. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the problem and correct it on your behalf.

SACRETEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST DURING SHIPPING NOR FOR INCOMPLETELY FILLED-IN ADDRESS DETAILS.

PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER IN CASE OF LOSS OR NON-DELIVERY DUE TO NO ONE BEING HOME.

If you have received the wrong goods or if the goods you received are defective, please send an email to: info@sacretee.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition, and if this is acceptable according to our "Terms and Guidelines for Returns".

Once you have returned the goods, you are entitled to a full refund in the form of a credit note, excluding the cost of the return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Requesting a return:

  1. Request a return at your nearest parcel service.

  2. Email your return form + track and trace code along with a photo of the returned products to info@sacretee.com.

  3. Once your return request is accepted, ensure it is well-packaged and meets all the conditions below.

  4. Clearly mark "Return" on the outer packaging of your parcel.

  5. Use an insured tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely, including Track & Trace.

  6. Email your tracking details to info@sacretee.com.

Terms and Guidelines for Returns:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for shipping costs (& return costs).

  • Ensure all returned items are packaged well so they are not damaged during transport.

  • Ensure all returns are sent via a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost while being sent back.

  • All sale items cannot be returned.

  • Ensure the return form is approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.

  • All personalised items cannot be returned.
